The Red Wagon Farm was established in 1965 by Richard and Bess Ross with the help of their children, Craig, Heather, and Eric. The Farm is located in Columbia Station, OH in Lorain County.
Red Wagon Farm Strawberries is located on South Boone Road and only open for strawberries. Strawberry season typically runs about one month. The entire month of June through July 4th.
All other produce is sold at the Farm Market on East River Road (State Route 252). The farm market on East River Road typically opens about July 4th with sweet corn and red raspberries and winds up the season with pumpkins and other fall produce about November 1st.
Presently, we have 16 acres of strawberries available for U-pick, and over 70 acres of vegetables for your table or for your canning and freezing needs. We also carry fresh fruit in season from local growers and a variety of other good things to eat. The year starts in June with Strawberry Pickin' time and ends when we entertain thousands of people every October on our children's tours and our Pumpkin Festival which is geared to children... our 'non-haunted' fun.
Come and have a good time and take home some freshness from our fields.
